A well-known and respected percussionist - plays conga, kalimba, djembe and other percussion instruments. He has collaborated with musicians and bands such as The Globetrotters, Massada, Stan Getz, John McLaughlin, Billy Cobham, The Animals, Astrud Gilberto, Randy Brecker, and Michael Brecker.

Nippy plays on ash conga set and djembe made from walnut.

Leader of the Tam Tam Project band, creator of Tam Tam Academy percussion schools, freely moving in many genres (world music, jazz, reggae)

He collaborated with Stanisław Soyka, Tomasz Stańko and the bands Habakuk, Maanam, Paff, Immanuel.
